Heather Neale is a Winnipeg-based Costume Designer for film and television. She holds a degree in Clothing and Textiles from the University of Manitoba and has been nominated six times for achievement in costume design. Recently winning the Canadian Screen Award for Best Costume Design for The Porter, episode 102.
